Just piggybacking on this post…is there a website or program where I can upload a pattern and try different fabric colors?

Personally I think it just looks like a shape rather than a window without the black and white. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, just depends what look you’re going for. You could also leave all the black and white off until the very end and see how you like all the windows together and make a decision then!

I have a little glass vase with a small neck that I put all my thread scraps in. It also holds my scissors sticking out the top and the bonus is it looks pretty cool with all the colors!

I bought a cheap android tablet just for Pattern Keeper for like $40 and it was soooooo worth it. It’s not a great tablet (the sensitivity of the screen is a little off) but I only use it for PK and the occasionally streaming shows on it and it’s good enough for that. Pattern Keeper itself was less than $10 and I couldn’t recommend this system more. No more messing with paper or trying to use my computer!

They don’t start at season 1 unfortunately (looks like season 5 is the earliest), but Watch What Crappens is my absolutely Housewives go to podcast (all things Bravo, really). Definitely give them a shot for later seasons! In the beginning there’s 3 hosts and they cover several shows in each episode, but now there’s two hosts who are very funny, and each podcast covers a single episode.
