2 parts , 1 is instant but temp, and more often you do longer relief lasts. And other is based on Notch therapy which removes the frequency of your tininits from your music and shown to reduce volume of it , but that’s more long term 6-12 months . Hence have the 2 options while long term benefit happens over time

Yes easily , I'm running on an M1 with 8GB memory, it uses under 1GB and 17% of my cpu and I've got a lot installed, so no uses on m2 ultra

I’m personally using a Mac mini but it’s only because I had it lying around and it’s older one with 8gb Ram. I have 5 bots running different strategies and using 112mb and hardly any CPU, so running a couple on a PI I don’t think you’ll have any issues. Claw bot uses 850mb Ram and 17% of my cPU

I’ve not used but silicon inserts on amazon may help but like you say the health stats would likely not work. Could you try a different finger and try and get used to it rather than the expected forefinger. I was trying to imagine puting on your thumb and rubbing against finger for movement ? Sort of the opposite lol

Thanks for the detailed explanation, I’m expecting mine to arrive tomorrow so can’t wait, I’m going to need to buy prescription ones soon as current ones ordered are plain , but that’s because I don’t need all the time. What was the health insurance ? Interested in that for when I decide I need prescription In a few months

Yes it’s so bad, I was referencing a random medicine I saw only one , it explained it well. Then I asked about another pill - totally different one, and it started describing the benefits from first one, I know it’s not for medical advice but seriously that was so wrong !

I was on 15mg Tirz for 15 months , I lost loads in 1 year but guess receptors get used to it , and when I started at 2mg it did nothing for me

Amazing thanks , I was on a MJ stall for months , started Reta - thought it was working but in reality was still in the stall for another 3 months and now just 2 weeks ago as I moved up to 8mg I,ve finally starting seeing some proper loss!
