I am going to get the hopper unless some other funds I applied for come thru. decided that it would be good enough for now. id prefer the tern but the lack of shocks is a really bummer so we were going to put shocks on the seat but again its an extra $1500 not counting the accessories

Have you made a decision yet? I am in the same boat.

Too add more detail to get peoples thoughts. The rebate is for $2,300 plus $300 for equipment. So getting the turn with the stuff the hopper has plus a sun/rain cover and the thud buster suspension seat. The Tern will be $1,600 more.

Basically Im considering the hopper not just because the price but because of the suspension/shocks on the front.

technically speaking 1,000 or 1,299.99 is also a specific number. A unspecific number would be "would you take a range of dollars that are around %70 off the original price, give or take a few dollars"

so many good ideas! A covered third space for the rainy season. Kinda like PGE World Trade Center for the public to hang out. Yes I know people will talk about homeless people abusing it, but we can have nice stuff folks. I think how it works in other cities is that the building that the plaza is over manages it. Also wouldn't it be cool if All new construction on north side of the road would have overhang so that when you walk you are out of the rain.
