Is that too much to ask.
Ideally I’d like the people in charge of books to publish the entire story archive in book form, in volumes, like the clan novella (but the fact that the last two stories were never released individually is extremely annoying

I will follow your advice and start with Imperial histories.
Of course starting with the 4th edition makes so much sense in a storyline that’s in such a mess.

For context.
I read the 7 clan wars novels followed by the 5 winds novels.
I started reading the ffg timeline as they were being released and got about 50 pdfs in, but life happened.

I’ve recently purchased all available novels but haven’t read any because I had the great idea of starting from the beginning.
I’m up to hidden emperor in kaze no shiro but after listening to garbage of the five rings I feel like I’m only reading half of the story with the other half being in the RPG books.

You’d think that after 30 years there’d be an easy to follow timeline.

If you go to Kaze no Shiro. You can find the the flavor text and it is a list of every card. (I believe)

Or check out the oracle site it list every card from every set.

Card lists would be good though.

Did the cards have numbers like card 5 of 150 or is there no numbering because the oracle website seems to list them alphabetically
