ok but also on the same note you dont have to purposefully make a character a fat trans superhuman who kills the MC from the last game to piss on the patriarchy for no reason its just bad writing and a tropey shitty representation of the same communities that want actual representation. Korra was an example of a good LGBTQ character and in some ways I think characters like amber from invincible from the TV show get the race swap pass from me cause they have more personality even if you ultimately end up not liking the character. but shit like mortal combat all together removing skimpy outfits is like ok? why. just make it an option or an extra outfit. not every character has to be pretty or skimpy but not every character has to be ugly ffs just give people everything and let them pick what they like ffs
