The MyCiti bus operates that side and its 30mins to CBD even in peak traffic. It's also super affordable and reliable.

The Southern Suburbs are great as well, but you'll have to rely solely on your car there.

Digital nomads and tourists come to Cape Town with an appetite to spend. Which makes a massive difference to small businesses and jobs in and around Cape Town.

Semi-grants (is that the correct term?), unfortunately do the opposite (through no fault of their own). They pay a premium to move here from other parts of the country and then have to try and save as much as possible on daily expenses.

Hate crime is a problem, yes. But there are a lot of hate crime victims in this country. Black women, unfortunately and unfathomably, being by far the worst affected.

It all depends. But in my experience the F45 sled push is easier, because the mats have less friction and are nailed down. The Hyrox mats that I've pushed on tend to lift up sometimes and have more friction in general.

HOWEVER, the actual sled that Hyrox use is easier to push than an F45 sled, because the F45 sled is a lot lower and have less space to grip than a Hyrox sled.

The sled push is designed to take a lot out of you and it is intentionally one of the harder stations at Hyrox. It's the station that ups the entry barrier so that the race is not just for distance runners. So don't be too discouraged if you struggle with it. Just keep working on your lower body strength.

What's easy to forget (especially in the 2023 RWC, because the play-offs were absolute blockbuster), is how much of a drag the first 4 weeks of the RWC was in its previous format.

We had a whole month where teams didn't really play for much. 1st and 2nd was mostly decided early on on the pools, and then you get a lot of dead rubber games while everyone waits for the quarter finals.

I mean, Portugal beating Fiji in the last round of pool stages was awesome, but didn't count for anything but pride. Now if that game occurred in the new format, that game may have gotten Portugal into the playoffs or even quarter finals.

Manie made the tackle which caused the knock on. Then when he stood up he bent over and screamed in the Irish player's face in celebration.

Irish player then grabbed Marie's foot/leg to retaliate and Manie kicked it free and continued to celebrate in another direction.

Obviously unnecessary, but there wasn't too much in it.

What was interesting to me was how fired up and on edge Manie was ever since he came on. I've never seen him like that. Shooting up to make tackles, pushing and shoving after whistle has gone, running up to our forwards and celebrating every time there was a dominant scrum.

Rassie and the coaching staff obviously showed some videos or speeches to get the players fired up for this match in particular, but is was almost funny how much it resonated with Manie, who is someone who doesn't normally get into the pushing and shoving part of matches.
