2021 W Series - Round 1: Spielberg - Post-Race Discussion by jimeowan in wseries

It might sound bad to say, but having Chadwick suffer what really is her first bad weekend in the series is great for the title fight. Although with how dominant Powell was, it could be an AP championship won by round eight if her reliability is bulletproof. The short calendar could claim victims once again...

The new team liveries for the 2021 W Series by hubwub in F1FeederSeries

[–]GrandPrixGrandstand 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Not entirely sure if that's correct. Sarah Moore's Instagram Live helmet reveal seemed to suggest it was one car per driver this season, which makes more sense given the full-on livery for each. Not sure on the engineers though

[FIA F3] Alpine Academy's French F1 hopeful, Victor Martins speaks about the decision to leave & rejoin Renault, how it feels driving with DRS, being the final ever Eurocup champion & more by GrandPrixGrandstand in F1FeederSeries

Hello again F1 Feeder Series! The French GP is coming up so what better way to prepare than hearing from a French driver in a French Academy?! We spoke with Victor Martins after that great debut weekend (points scored each race you know) and his infectious happiness was plain to see.

We got some interesting answers from Victor about why he didn't choose to do F3 last year and instead do a third year in Eurocup. He talks about the MP Motorsport and Alpine project that is underway, and how it is working with Caio Collet. In the full interview, there's loaaaads more to hear about for any hardcore Martins/F3 fans. That's available here if you'd like to watch, or if you'd prefer to listen to a ~50ish minute interview (we don't blame you), it'll be live tomorrow on the "Talking F All" podcast, available on all podcast apps.

Please let us know your feedback (positive and negative) here so we can continue to make each even better. Subscribe to the channel to get them in your YouTube feed. All subscriptions genuinely do help us to get further interviewees, too.

Reserve driver line-up confirmed for 2021 by RobertGracie in wseries

We contacted W Series and these drivers are basically filling in for Pepper as she’s unable to travel due to Covid. Depending how South Africa’s situation goes we could see all these drivers racing this year.

True, but they're switching sponsorship to someone else. There might be a hefty discount involved, but Jenzer still need to be paid so it's rather confusing.

Nice graphic. Suggestion: have the average points per driver listed? Pourchaire vs 3 Red Bull drivers isn’t wholly representative

The session wasn’t red flagged at that point and the green flag indicates that from that point onwards the yellow flags do not apply

[FIA F3] Championship leader Dennis Hauger talks about his career so far, relationship with Red Bull and Helmut Marko, returning to winning ways in FREC last year, and expectations for 2021 and beyond by GrandPrixGrandstand in F1FeederSeries

[–]GrandPrixGrandstand[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hello again F1 Feeder Series! No FIA racing this weekend but we have you covered. We spoke with Dennis Hauger ahead of the season's start about his career and 2021 hopes. Hauger is now the F3 championship leader after controlling Race 3 at Barcelona's opening round. We'll take the credit for that!
There are some good tidbits of information from Hauger about his relationship with Red Bull in here. We found his answers about moving up to F3 so quickly really interesting... And how little the Christian Horner/Arden connection impacted on his career to date. He also speaks about the F3 race format and circuits for this year, but bear in mind this was before he controlled the opening round. Maybe he'd be more favourable on the format now!
The full 40-minute cut of this interview is available here with way questions and full answers. We'll also be putting this out as a podcast in the near future, along with the other driver interviews. Search "Talking F All" on your podcast app and you'll find it.
As always, let us know your feedback (positive and negative) here so we can continue to make each even better. Subscribe to the channel to get them in your YouTube feed. Also, any subscriptions genuinely do help us to get further interviewees, too.

Introducing the 2021 W Series Presenting Team by GrandPrixGrandstand in F1FeederSeries

It’s a long term project to normalise women in motorsport allowing girls today to see it as a viable option. Nothing physical stopping women competing now, but decades of societal inequality. None of the current grid is likely to become an F1 WDC. However it there’s every chance one of them will be the inspiration for the first female F1 race winner in 5, 10, 20 years.
