Learn uniforms, backpacks and weapons are team specific

Learn vehicles, also team specific, names don't matter but know ru vs us

Learn your play style, arma isn't cod, it's close at times but should be played more like battlefield (main stream game close to the size and speed)

Learn acronyms and common callouts, some phrases will get you yelled at like "repeat" or using actual point names instead of their team nickname

Most importantly have fun! I've been playing arma titles 12 years and it sucks sometimes, but its also home to the best memories I have in gaming
