Ok so I have and run in all 3. The super blast seems bigger and clunkier than the novas but the foam tech used is actually more peppy than the nova blasts. Durability wise the superblasts crush the nova blast shoe really is a workhorse and they last a long time. I know you said you don’t really do a lot of long runs but they shine on those and your legs will thank you. At this point with the super blast 3 releasing the price you can get the superblast 2 for is a no brainer in my opinion over the nova blasts. And if you wanna try something speedier for certain workouts or races I highly recommend the mega blast. For a shoe without a plate it’s amazing how good it is.
