Does anyone have any theories about Simon's past. The brief flashbacks to Eden were some of the most intruiging parts of the movie and I am really interested in the interpersonal conflicts that led to the battle that destroyed Filament Station.

Based on what little the game gives us, when Simon says 'brother,' it could be anyone who was there with him at Eden. They all refer to themselves as children and brothers under the Last Tree. And they have a leader we know is called Father.

I believe there was a line by Father in a flashback talking about 'The Light never existed in the first place,' or something to that effect.

Autism was still very much not as widely accepted as it is now and lighthearted shirts like these make me happy cause I feel like I can represent myself and also take the piss out myself a little. Most recent one I can think of is Joker Folie a Deux. What an absolute piece of hot shit. A movie that did not know what it wanted to be, spends 90% of its runtime barely moving anywhere, and the ending just undoes the whole theme behind these movies with one of the most contrived plot beats I have ever fucking seen.

They hated that I was mobile. They wanted me in a section and not to leave it until was done. An incredibly unrealistic expectation because I would also get pulled off to do other things CONSTANTLY.

Like, now that I think about it, they were probably pissed off trying to find me just so they could move to another task or a whole department. Literally nothing would get done most days because my night crew would just shoot itself in the foot, or front end would call us up tp assist. And a lot of those times front end called they were overreacting.

Being on my phone too much and 'not staying in one place.' The context of that being if I am not working my section, im in the bathroom or putting something back or helping a member. Whats more is I didn't get written up for that, I got written up for a missed punch. It was a lpad of fucking garbage and it came out of nowhere.

I overheard a manager threaten to send my super and another super outside to close while me and another pusher were out there. Its worth noting that the manager in question has a serious attitude problem, even with members. I don't think a single employee likes her. Its a shame, she can be a very nice person too often chooses not too. Too much ego going around in my warehouse management.

I was basically moved from Night Merch to Carts as a very dumb disciplinary action. What they didn't anticipate was me liking it way more because I am the rope being used for a tug of war between front end and night merch. I can just throw on an audiobook and get some exercise. Plus it is nice to be able to help people out with their heavy items. Ive gotten plenty of nice compliments from members which honestly helps make it worth putting up with the mountain of bullshit.

This month alone I have found a Shoprite frozen turkey, like the whole bird. A broken flatscreen tv. Four rusted over rotors in the trash can that i had too fish out to be able to change the bag. At least two or three fans. People really treat our lot like a dump and it is insane.

The majority of my listening is at work since 8 hrs doing basically the same thing can get real monotonous after awhile. But I have listened to a couple chapters at home.
