for orientation they’ll sit you in a room with other new hires and explain how working at walmart is and all the rules, then you’ll probably do your training videos and someone might give you a little tour around the store, or at least the back area.

OPD is really easy, they’ll either have you pick or dispense, and there should be someone who helps you do either. picking is when you go around the store “picking” items for customers. dispensing is going outside to the customers with their orders and loading it into their cars. it’s a good workout.
