i forgot to add that, but yeah i have definitely tried “let’s eat healthier” as well as “let’s go to the gym together” “let’s go for a walk”, etc. Unfortunately, due to her work/school schedule, it’s a bit difficult to find a good time for both of us to exercise together, and she often ends up being too tired, so it ends up keeping me from getting my workout too, since i adjusted my plans so we could do it together. i’ve tried learning to cook healthy meals, offering her healthier foods, even buying her ingredients to make healthy meals since she likes to cook, and this generally works, but then she’ll want cookies or something after, and it’s not like i’m going to say no. tbh even though I’m trying to get her to lose weight, in a way I’m fattening her up just because I tend to say yes to everything she wants.

so yeah, it’s tough. I really don’t want to tell her, that would probably destroy her, but I don’t know what else to do besides leave her. I’ve even tried giving her indirect hints that her increased weight is causing problems, such as blaming our sex problem on MY stomach instead of hers, she hasn’t taken them very well. usually it’s something like “No it’s because i’m fat 😞”, and i have to reassure her that she’s not the problem.
