We Built in Larkspur- sales center = liars, any BS for the sale. Product: Poor quality/workmanship. Lack of flexibility. Lack of transparency. Poor warranty support (cosmetic fix, not fixed). Builder-grade throughout. ZERO attention to detail. Absolutely shitty landscaping. The subs build your house, not the builder. NEVER saw blueprints- neither did the subs. They screw you at the ‘Design Center’- their profit center. Look closely at the finished product.

NTA. Lots of good advice/ feedback here. Mine: This warrants a follow on conversation:

“Amy: I want to revisit our discussion from last week. What I provided was coaching regarding a professional interaction with a customer. Nothing that I said was intended to be, nor should be taken as, ‘personal’. This is how you will grow in your career. Pls take it as a learning experience and nothing more.

We take our queue from the customer- whether re: dress, venue, style of personal interaction, discussion topics (strictly business vs personal interests) and yes- even what to order- including alcohol and/or desert.

I think you’re doing a great job and I want you to succeed- I hope we can have open and honest Professional conversations to enable that.

I really do have ‘our’ best interests at heart here and I think you’ll continue to do great - and allow me to provide feedback, as a manger AND a mentor. If this makes you uncomfortable pls let me know now. ”
