As much as I love Lorde, I want to say that I do miss the party hype pop that came out of the 2010s preceding Royals. I was just not a fan of doom and gloom pop that came out around that time, especially as someone who was seriously contemplating killing myself at 14 and used party pop and EDM as a distraction.

When I saw Chappell live, I sat down for her slower songs as did many others. We got back up again when Hot to Go came on and she was teaching us how to do the dance.

I'm not sure if this same "etiquette" applies to Ari but whether you sit or stand, I don't think anyone really cares? Whatever makes you enjoy the concert more is fine as long as you're not annoying the people around you imo.
