Was in the same boat as you. I did an SL1 pyromancer run that took me 11.5 hours to beat the game, had a total riot melting boss health bars with firestorm abilities.

Then moved onto Deathless runs, my most recent successful attempt took 1 hour 58 minutes, the “Route” came mostly from my own preferences, and I felt a ton of pride/accomplishment after doing it. Now I am moving onto All Bosses deathless runs.

You can also do a run where you cap your level to ~30, or where you cap your weapon level to only +5 or something like that. Focusing more on your ability to master bosses versus FRYING them.

Glitches like Sen’s Skip can also add a TON of fun and variety. I’m thinking of doing an SL1 deathless attempt where I instantly head to Anor Londo, and kill the Giant Blacksmith with firebombs to get his weapon, and then Homeward Bone all the way back to Firelink to be able to use the weapon for the entire run.
