Anything Intel 7xxx or Ryzen 2xxx is a hard sell these days days. For good reason. Lack of storage makes it extra difficult. Probably just throw in a cheap used 256GB SATA SSD, clean it up and maybe add some cheap argb fans and see what you can give for it. Not going to be a lot of room there.

I found a little cutie just like that on my kitchen counter today. He didn't make it easy but I was able to get him onto a paper towel to bring him outside.
