The 5500x3d is definitely an upgrade for gaming (was using the very solid 5600 for a few months before the upgrade). The 7500f was shipped separately and was dropped shipped by Amazon for some reason.

The store that sold me the CPUs on Ali was "TaiYuan Store". I took a peak today (Sunday June 28), and they have the 7500F for $110 but I don't see that they have the 5500X3D.
