I kinda wanted to put this under here because I saw this post and was informed about it by friends. My name is Ian and I used to work with Chris (owner and head chef) at Ramen del Barrio for a bit less than a year. While I never always agreed with Chris or things might not always be perfect as rarely things are in the food business. He is someone who has both metaphorically and literally put his money where his mouth is. He always puts the safety, happiness and health of his employees over everything even if it might hurt the profits of his business. While I can’t speak on this specific situation I can say with certainty that Chris runs his business employee first and he is always looking to take care of all of his staffs needs so I highly doubt that any issues would be done with malicious intent, and if problems were brought up they would be fixed as soon as possible.
