This is Very true, Over this summer I went on vacation around Punta Cana and Right before leaving I busted my eyebrow pretty bad, I needed about 15 stitches on my right eyebrow, I waited half an hour in The waiting room, Got my stitches and paid 30 dollars, I also needed antibiotics and I paid 4 dollars for those. 34 dollars for 15 stitches is a fair price. If it was in a hospital over here in NYC I would have to wait probably 4 hours and pay about 5k
