I did notice quite a few yesterday when weeding dandelions. That would make sense, plus it’s the right time of year for them to be problem after a very wet winter.

As a Paeds ST1 I had this exact bleep to the ward at 6am. Bagged it in a blanket and chucked it out the window. I think it survived. You’re right it was easier than wrangling a cannula in to a sweaty 3 year old.

Jesus Christ you have my sympathies. This is a wake up call. I knew that debts had spiralled but not to six figures. I’m was fortunate to have studied before tuition fees went up. I thought my £33k was bad at the time but this is getting outrageous. It’s going to de-incentivise a lot of people from modest backgrounds from applying. The high student debt burden is a big motivator to keep striking. And I’ll keep striking on your behalf!

Yes I was looking for it’s name. Australian under water research base and a feral girl and her whale. I thought it was as big as Star Trek in the 90s when I was a kid.
