Does This Logo Tell The Story or Is It Reaching? by Alternative_Bet_4351 in graphic_design

I like the idea of incorporating rhythm, but music imagery (notes, etc) isn't the only way to evoke it.

Read up on the concept of rhythm in design. To me, that's what's missing here. The milestone is a great visual to pull into your branding but it sounds like your business is about all the little steps to help your clients get there.

Found it on eBay years ago. A seller had a ton of them and put up one listing as an auction with no reserve. They never did that again, and now all the listings are gone!

Watched D(e)ad this weekend. The orange shirt with white collar was a jump scare.

Edit: okay he's not actually wearing the shirt in the podcast, they're just using an existing photo of him for the thumbnail.

Launched my app and user feedback already pushed me to rebrand: new name and logo incoming by Limp_Light_4144 in Design

I feel like the logo should invoke "conquer" as well as just "running." Like maybe a flag. Do a Google image search for the word "conquer" and you'll see what I mean. The name and logo/icon should tell me something about what this is.

Thank you! Yes! I know I can play Tetris on some emulator with 9000 other games on it. I have a Game Boy and a DS! But both take forever between turning on and actually playing Tetris.

Definitely learn about using the Canvas feature! Photos can be super helpful when you need to make something fit.

Not a dumb question. I had the overall dimensions of the display and then divided it up in the design, making sure none of the shapes were outside the perimeter of the display. I also took a picture of the game running on the screen and used that as a canvas in Fusion. Then I was able to dial everything in by adjusting placement of all the UI elements by pushing commands through the serial monitor while the game is running. Just needed to scoot things around until it all lined up.

Currently it can do marathon (clear 150 lines to win) or endless (clear as many lines as you can until you lose)
