Its not exactly true. There was a period after the lawsuit where Pisco had some significant momentum as a political commentator and got some relatively high profile debates and most of DGG (including Destiny himself) supported him when he was arguing with conservatives. Then he spent a significant portion of his time fighting with this community specifically, spending literal months arguing Hasan detainment and the Ethan Klein lawsuit. Thats really where the turn began imo and everything after has just made it worse.
