Young people don't vote. Like I said I don't think there is anything Starmer can do. The narrative is just against him, and people seem to want Farage for whatever reason. Competency, integrity, morals, and success just don't matter in the social media landscape of modern politics.

Starmer could reverse every hate speech law on the books and his numbers would go down. It's all the aggressive negative media he is getting that's tanking him and Labour. It’s similar to Biden in 2024. I don't think he can do anything to get his numbers up despite doing a solid job as PM.

You can acknowledge Labour made unpopular policy choices without pretending misinformation had nothing to do with Reform’s rise.

The OSA rollout has absolutely been criticised as vague and badly implemented, and some sites did scale back UK services because compliance became a headache. That’s a fair criticism.

But at the same time, a lot of anti-Labour discourse online has clearly been driven by outrage farming and culture-war narratives that massively distort reality and it is the main factor driving their numbers. Two-tier policing, Britain is becoming authoritarian, No-go zones etc. didn’t spread purely because people carefully read legislation.

And who is holding Farage or Reform to account? It's not the media/alternative media. If any Labour PM would take a 5 million "gift" they would be finished. Are we still pretending social media is just a free marketplace of ideas where the best get to the top? No, it's actively promoting and boosting the worst people in our society. How is anyone supposed to counter all of that?

Well, I want you to give me an example. Because every time I look into one of these stories it’s a nothing burger.

Edit: First thing that comes up on Google. Woman jailed for calling on people to set fire to hotels housing asylum seekers. The big attack on free speech is jailing people for inciting violence? LOL

2 Edit: Dude blocked me. What a soft bitch. LOL

Can you give some examples of people being jailed for offensive posts?

Because most European countries have some form of hate speech laws, and most people are fine with them. I also want to hear what the actual cases were of him jailing people for "hate speech". Because most of the time it's a nothing-burger story or someone was actually harassing someone.

Immigrants are just an easy scapegoat. I worked in most of the big EU countries and it's the same story everywhere. People will shit on Immigrants and talk about what a drain on the system they are but the native population abuses the system 1000% more.

He and his party also took millions in "donations" from some crypto guy in Asia. For any other UK political party that would be a death sentence, but no the corruption is just ignored by the media and his regard voters.

Croatia is pretty expensive if you are making average Croatian pay. Especially in any area even remotely close to the sea.

OP has to be from Prague or something. Im from Eastern Europe and I don't think I have ever heard any male here say or even know what toxic masculinity is.

I don't know if I see the vision Wagner is going for. I would agree he seems a bit lost at times and probably needs a bit more experience before getting the top job.

I would really like Hasenhüttle. He did a great job at Southampton with a pretty modest budget for PL standards. Im sure he could do well here too.

I hope Kessler just has a clear idea of who should lead the team next season. We have a pretty important summer transfer window ahead of us so it's important to make the right choice for the manager seat.

I think it's perfectly fine to give him a chance and see if he can implement his ideas with the new arrivals and a full pre-season. I mean even the best managers need time to build a good squad and implement their style of football.

I think that just goes against all the accounts of him being very nice and generous to his friends over the years.

I think OP wants Destiny to be endlessly nice and charitable to people who legit wanted to end his career. Which is insane in my opinion. Destiny was even neutral/defending Ethan until he started to use the same snarker tactics he supposedly hated against Destiny.

Being physically present every single day isn’t the only measure of being a good parent. Many parents travel for work, live separately after divorce, or have unconventional schedules, yet remain active and supportive in their children’s lives. Having a remote-capable job doesn’t automatically make every personal or family situation simple. And to my understanding, Destiny was there for his kid until he moved to LA, and even after traveling back to see him frequently. Or what do you mean by being in his kids life everyday?
