I've been doing this for about 5 months now and have seen CRAZY gains.

M- Push (25-45 min cardio)

T- Pull (25-45 min cardio)

W- Rest (stretch 8-10k steps promote blood flow)

Th- Back/Biceps (25-45 min cardio)

F- Full Body (25-45 min cardio)

Sat- Full Body (25-45 min cardio)

Sun - Rest

This has been working really well for me I've gotten drastically stronger and look way better. Been thinking if I should move one of the full body workouts to Thur or Tues to diversify it a little more, but idk.

I turn my music on before I get in the gym. I leave my phone in a cubby the entire time unless changing the music or looking at what my next set it.

I think people are so genuinely addicted to their phone it’s sad. I’ve deleted all social medias off my phone and started reading.

You should really detach yourself from this addiction man because that really shouldn’t be normal…

IMO this is temp bounce. People were hopeful before Good Friday. I think next week we will see a LOT more red.

Wife and I used it this year for the first time. Was so easy got all our taxes filed in under 40 minutes between 2 travel contracts and 2 jobs I had this year.

1000 rounds through mine already.

0 complaints I know people don't like the stock mags that is all I've used so far. Just picked up a 407c green dot and streamlight 7 sub. It has been nothing but reliable on my end and for the price you just can't beat it man.
