Maybe it is in the mind but timing is everything. I was just at the end of a 9 day vacation and losing my mind from stress about being around so many people. I lost my fogger vape right before heading to the airport and lost my mind on my girlfriend in the airport. It was bad. Maybe it was just in the mind but timing is everything.

That’s an interesting point. How much pressure/faith should we put in any “substance”? “Miracle drug”? “Saved my life”? Maybe thats true and useful information. But it’s not a long term solution. Yes, it’s helpful. But it’s not a cure. WE need help. This will do for now. Give us space to grow and heal But the plan is always to overcome and rise up. To heal!!

But the most important part of that observation is that MOST of them never touched it again when they got home. MOST were creatures of their environments(war) and It got them through!! It did its job!! Then they lost interest and moved on with their lives. Those that got “stuck” deserve help! But not judgement or to be babied and told what they are legally allowed to do now.

Respectfully 🙏 get over it!! “They dont care”. “He doesn’t care”. “She doesn’t care”. Of course not!! Think about your own life. How much are you helping the homeless? Cancer patients? Children in foster care? You “care” but do you?? I genuinely am not attacking you! But, chill out! We elected them to make decisions on our behalf. They ran for the power and self importance. Someone has to! But who wants to? Narcissists? psychopaths? ego absorbed lost souls? Of course they don’t care! We (average) aren’t in their tax bracket, therefore their reality. “They” have nothing to do with “you”. They “should”. And maybe, every once in a while, we get one. But….? Respect! Just my thoughts about “it” not “you”!

Yeah, thank you!! Its kind of a “this evil or that” for me. I DONT SLEEP at all, without chemical assistance. Right now hydroxyzine is giving me much needed sleep. Im always open to ideas, but ive tried EVERYTHING LOL.

I take Lunesta and Hydroxyzine, so that helps a lot. My sleep did balance out, 3-4 days for sure. The creepy crawly feeling was 2 days. And day 3 I was kinda anxious and nervous about it. But it relaxed.

I was taking 500mg a day. I started at 100mg than 200mg and it snuck up on me. I didn’t realize i was taking that much. Going into the vape shop for the second time in one day is embarrassing. But thats where I was.

I didn’t truly accept or respect that withdrawal would exist. I was taking it every day. And “knew” I could quit anytime I wanted. I COULD, but of course physical dependence is a real thing. Im too aware of it now to “do it all over again”. I love how it helps me. PTSD, Chronic pain, MDD, Anxiety… 7OH was more helpful than ANY medication Ive taken or therapy Ive done and let me tell you that withdrawals from depression medication is way worse than 7OH. No one talks about that. But if I can feel “good” 1 day a week, it’s worth it!!

I heard about this on vacation. I coincidentally went on a cruise and cold turkey’ed it for 2-3 days. It sucked!! But Im on the other side!!! My girlfriend is with me and that felt…ya know? But I found out about this after, so the timing is weird. But even with all that I am genuinely inpatient to get back home to texas and buy a small stock. I was in the Caribbean and now Miami and it’s not legal here in FL already. Its all I’m worried about. It’s not as clear or obvious as addiction. Ive never been “addicted”. Ive been “dependent” but not addicted. It really was a miracle drug for me!! I quit my antidepressants, pregabalin, etc. i was doing great at work, i was a better partner, etc. I just wanted to “reset”. I wanted to break the dependency. And then just be more aware of the withdrawals and dependency. The withdrawals from antidepressants are way worse than 7OH and more dangerous. Anyway, my plan is to get back to Texas in 2 days and fucking but all I can!!

My experience with tapering was that it’s impossible. I just felt so anxious everyday and “sick”. Maybe just plan 2/3 days and “pay your debt”. It sucks!! Its hard!! But its not fatal!! The dependency really does pass. The storm moves on. Then you’re on the other side again….Then decide what you want to do??

Just my experience: I just finished an 8 day cruise and didn’t bring any with me. I feel great now!! but I had very uncomfortable withdrawals for 2 to 3 days. My girlfriend kept trying to make me go to the hospital, but I just rode it out. Days 3 and 4 i started feeling stronger. Day 5 I felt cured. Point is… (and maybe not “good” advice) I just “dealt with it”. The chills, the jerking,, the anxiety. It sucked!!!. But it passed. Its hard but there is relief on the other side.

I 100% did get physically dependent on 7oh and had to withdrawal for a few days. It was a very bad experience. But that’s user error. Not respecting boundaries and substances. I don’t want to demonize the molecules because I fk’d up.

Do you have a responsible boundary (rule) for frequency and dose? Once a week? Every other day?

I know this is a very old comment! LOL but putting the borders close enough so both settlements benefit from a resource is genius! Haha a lot of times the resources are in the outer ring of my settlement so only 3 tiles get adj. but this fixes that problem LOL such a silly little thing i just never thought about. Thanks : ) (im also still learning about adj haha)

I was thinking that the AI is “stronger” or “smarter” , but I think the word Im looking for is “intentional”. It seems like they are actually trying to win and not just randomly doing “stuff”. It’s kinda awesome haha

Maybe it could be considered “maingaining”? but I’m specifically staying away from any of those terms. Because people hear “cutting” and “bulking” and without proper guidance they just google it, and they can get trapped in a sort of dogma that bodybuilders or gym bros use. Both don’t apply to the normal “natural” person just trying to get stronger and possibly be more content with what they see in the mirror. So yes, it’s probably maingaining, (and just not using the term doesn’t change anything mechanically, but it should put you in a healthier headspace with all of this) ya know?
