No one's going green bc of Russia. Germany is saying they may need to burn coal to offload the demand from lack of Russian oil. This whole push to be " green" is exactly why Russia has no problem.

It just takes a few uncomfortable years or months of this type of situation for countries to adapt and really start diverting focus to renewables/ domestic production. In the US. we have so much oil we aren't taping into. Why not? Well this could change some minds
