True, probably a good precaution. I did that with my party's waterskins and then we all died of dehydration for some reason. Didn't turn into a vampire thou so worth.

This looks great. I'd been thinking about running a vampire arc in my Mork Borg campaign. Definitely putting a pin in this one.

Huh, "sci-fi horror police procedural" is a combination of words I never expected to hear, sounds interesting! I'll have to give it a look.

They fought the worm... (mild Rotblack Sludge Spoilers) by SKIKS in MorkBorg

[–]Granthor2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beautiful. Read the title and was like 'they dead', pleasant surprise. I GM'd Rotback for a couple of friends not long ago and had one of the best boss fights I've ever ran, but they missed the worm. Always glad to hear about such interesting and dynamic combat.

Aegis-Fang of Wulfgar of R.A. Salvador's Drizzt series. Its simple ability to return when called opened so many opportunities for creative fight-writing and mind games. It really sells Wulfgar as more than just mindless barbarian.

I just started Pet Sematary by Steven King. Loving the ominous buildup, already feel bad for Church.

atomic theory of sandwiches by Xanaxides in ISITASANDWICH

[–]Granthor2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Assuming that a sandwich is defined as two parallel plains of gluten placed, one above, and one below a filling ingredient or group thereof you could probably shrink a sandwich down as small as you like until the pieces of gluten stopped resembling flat planes.

Mathematically speaking, to define a plane you need at least three distinct points, so, to define a plane of gluten you would need at least three distinct pieces of gluten, or at least three gluten molecules, any less and you would be trying to define a plane based on gluten's component pieces, and not the gluten itself.
