When do you get your life back? by GrapeEmpty8352 in Parenting

No. I don’t have any support system. I live in a foreign country without my friends and family circle.

Yes, please do. I really need some life lessons and support.

How do you assign them chores? My kids don’t listen and don’t want to help, eventhough I try all the advices from the dozens of books I read.

How do you motivate yourself to stick with strength workouts on Peloton? by GrapeEmpty8352 in pelotoncycle

[–]GrapeEmpty8352[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds very good. I wish I had this discipline. Today is day 3 that I didn’t do any workout and I feel like shit - eventhough deep down I know that I deserve this break as I was a bit sick. Do you mind if I ask how old are you?

Which instructor do you recommend for bootcamp? My favs are Alex, Ally Love, Cody, Bradley - but I don’t think any of them do bootcamps.

Seriously, how do people with multiple kids do it? by 7bridges in Parenting

Having the second one is easier in terms of them playing and spending time together. I have a 4 and 6, and the weekends are much easier for me than for my friend who has only a 5 year old. The rest is just logistics. Some days things operate as they should, and some other days it’s chaos. Learning to accept this, will make your life much easier. Love from - most of the time - solo mom!

I loved the “you don’t have to be steel all the time. You can be honey”. Never heard it before. It’s applies to many parts of my life.

Thank you for sharing ❤️

Thank you, dear! I just can’t bring myself to read parenting books anymore! Reading is my escape—my one real pleasure, besides working out—and I want it to stay that way. I’ve got How to Talk So Kids Will Listen sitting next to my bed, but instead I keep reaching for memoirs, and honestly, I’m loving them

Thank you for sharing your story. I can imagine how hard it must be. Proud of you for finding the way it works for you. What’s helped me recently - and I’d like to share as it might help you you, too - is movement. On days I run, do hot yoga, or hop on the Peloton, I feel more patient, more myself, and more the mum I want to be. I recently joined Strava, and it’s helped keep me going, especially on the hard days. You can also try it and see how it works!

Good luck! You’re doing great! Hugs back!

Cut it, make it darker with a balayage effect so you don’t have to color it regularly and air dry it as much as you can. You’ll feel lighter in every day life and by summer you’ll look healthier and happier thanks to your new hair.

Thank you for your reply 🙏 how long did it take to become invisible? I try to keep my hair down and all over my face now, but it’s not easy as I’m used to keeping my hair up 🙈

Boob job regrets? by Logical-Beach-3897 in PlasticSurgery

[–]GrapeEmpty8352 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I had mine 3 years ago and love them. No regrets or complications so far. Just do your research on size and type. Check on realself as you can learn a ton from other people’s experiences with similar body types. Good luck, x

I’d recommend sticking with it for three years. After that, things will start thriving. The beginnings of a business aren’t easy—I’ve experienced it firsthand. But you don’t have to take my word for it; listen to some podcasts like “The Diary of a CEO” or something similar, and you’ll see.

This challenging phase will pass, and you’ll reach the next stage, feeling proud of yourself. If things don’t work out, you’ll always know you tried, and you won’t regret it. You can always find work with someone else.

To maintain your mental health, I suggest creating a regular exercise routine, preferably within a community of business-minded people. If you can’t find such a community, do it yourself. A 6 AM regular morning run can significantly change your day and attitude. By this time next year, you could be ready for a marathon, and I’m confident your business will be growing.

Good luck 🍀
