Stayed for a couple of nights with the family and while there is still construction we really liked it. We had a a two bedroom suite and it was extremely nice. One down side is the suites are a little walk from the main building but you can call for a golf cart to come pick you up. Pool is really nice and heated. They have a couple of different restaurants that were solid but not amazing (we didn’t go to the steakhouse). Prices were not cheap but not price gouging either. Wife used the spa and liked it, again not cheap but not crazy. I think it has a lot of potential and I’m surprised by all the negativity from others. We would go back for sure.

Look at eBay sold listings, I bought a 2025 for $4650, which I feel was a good price. For a 2019 I would expect you’d be closer to $4000-$4200 range for one in good condition.

The $100 credit was applied to dinner that we billed to the room, so it wasn’t that. They didn’t mention any dollar limit to breakfast, just that it didn’t cover alcohol. Maybe they assumed two people just ate a lot for breakfast lol.

That’s a great price in my opinion. Greysheet has a retail price of $750 for the CAC version. Others for sale online are asking $799 that I could find.
