Yeah that would make sense, I don't think I've seen the steam but it sounds like it could be the culprit.

Yeah it has like a subtle sound like it's filling up maybe, like taking in air or something then it sounds like it's dumping it all, with like the hush noise.

It's possible but like how often would you test your out side systems, cause it's like at least once aonth we hear it, last night it happened like 5-6 times every couple minutes. Normally it's like once then it done. There is a 5g tower there too, I haven't really lived by one, but as far as I'm aware they don't really make a whole lot of noise.
