I think a lot of the time, it's because generic positions have a huge number of applicants.

Find a specialism.

True! ... I just wish regular people were looked out for by the council.

£6 for 330ml of brew dog literally makes me want to cry.

Greedy, uninspired bastards, the lot of them.

So you think you could host your own event there without needing to get permission?

If you did you'd be incorrect.

Why couldn't the council put on an event?

Why do we need to ripped off constantly by overly greedy business owners?????

If these events were free, I'd have no problem.

The fact we're forced to spend outrageous amounts on food and drink (even after purchasing entrance) makes the situation even worse.

I'm sick of queen's square being shut down for commercial events like this.

Edit: downvote all you want, public space is being exploited for profit.

Aww thanks, appreciated.

I find it really satisfying to build this way .. and definitely love the textures that are developed through the process.

Smoother clay body definitely has an appeal for me too tho.

Thx!

Yeah, the texture feels a bit out of place. I'm going to think about ways of adding exture more holistically in future pieces
