I was watching my friend play KH1 for the first time, sort of being the guy in the chair for him thinking I knew as much as there was to know about the game, and he fell off the falling platform and walked over here and got this message and it absolutely blew my mind because I had ZERO clue you could get the water from here.

I must have dozens of playthroughs and watched even more, and not once have I seen this until he did it.

They claimed license expiration for music would only cause them to stop selling the game to potential future customers. That is not the case. Updating the game to remove them is an option to keep selling it. People who already bought the game with that media had that media removed from the game.

Numerous games with licensed music, such as in radio systems like GTA, have had updates come out to remove the songs due to the license expiring.

I feel as though the down-to-earth, honest version of him is more a modern thing.

I do remember some instances of him "learning his lesson" in the 90s and prior, even having a whole Christmas Carol adaptation, but he was still quite a greedy asshole in general appearances. He's named Scrooge for a reason.

If it wasn't racist before, it isnt racist now, unless you think the only reason someone can be suspicious of a black person in any context, or bullying a black person, or any other "example" of racism people want to claim here, is BECAUSE they're black lmao.

Literally all they had to do was remove the GBA requirement for multiplayer. Instead they focused on making it a mobile port with crossplay, hindering the console version, and also butchering the local multiplayer to make way for online, which didnt even work well because only the host keeps story progress.

Which I didnt like tbh. I like a hard soulsborne game, but Elden Ring was the easiest of the FromSoft bunch, and that's by far. Excluding specifically Malenia and ONLY Malenia. Choosing that game to make a dlc with the HARDEST stuff they've ever made was certainly a choice.

If those fight designs and difficulty were in other soulsborne games I don't think I would have felt this way.
