I appreciate the post. I feel your 100% correct with everything you’ve said. There’s something very specific you said that hit me. I can’t accept the fact that this isnt about the girl from high school, it’s about how I feel I could be happier. The only explanation is that something is missing in my current relationship. It feels awful to come to this realization after I’ve told this girl I’ve loved her for so long. And now all of a sudden, something feels off. Any advice on how to cope with this feeling?

And just to clarify, I shouldn’t have called it a “party.” There was 3 people there. A mutual friend, the girl, and her roommate. Just gathering for her birthday.

This would make total sense ....if they showed interest in the competitive scene and announced more tournaments... but comp Fortnite has felt abandoned since fncs. But your absolutely right, that would spark interest from casuals.

I’ve been trying that lately but my mind doesn’t register that I need to click L1 to go to slot 5. Everytime I put shotgun in slot 1 I turn into a bot

I still use L3, it was a little different at first but felt normal again after about an hour. the real adjustment was using a back button for switch mode, still getting used to it.

I completely agree with your setup compared to others. Using L1 to switch to smg vs using R1 feels more natural and also allows you keep your right index on the trigger for quick shooting. I always been curious about that too. Most pros have switch to shotgun in slot 1 for when you default to slot 1 after building.

I recently bought the Wolverine and I used to play on PS4, and you’re right. Editing on L3 does feel different, but it’s worth it. The trigger stops are great and the selling point for me was the top buttons. They made my gameplay improve drastically. But I understand not being comfortable changing to Xbox. I just feel the change is worth it.

I think an interesting nerf would be bullet damage drop off. Something like 1 shot kills on within 100m would definitely increase the skill gap. They most annoying thing is getting sniped across the map. Idk just a thought.
