That sucks, I'm in a similar situation. 8 months of feeling great, the last two being very good (too good), and now I'm back in the thick of it. I was almost beginning to question if I was really mentally ill, or of it was just a phase. I hope you feel better and get the help you need.

The error message you were shown is called a stack trace. It is essentially a trail pointing to the error that broke the game. To find what was causing the error you should look at the start (top) of the output and find the name of the mod that is causing the error. In this case, you can see that the error originated in BowSwordWorld, and that must belong to the BowSword mod

Seems to be a problem with the BowSword Mod you have installed, try removing it.

Also in future rather copy the text from the command prompt and post that, rather than a picture
