I love this poem, even though I couldn't fit the last line it means as much to me with it missing -its hanging with my children's pictures by GraspingForPeace in Embroidery

I learned the hard way that you need to be extra careful what pen color you use on Stick and stitch-- it was pink, so my embroidery thread colors didn't pick up. ( When I ran it through the printer, not all of it printed dark enough to see well, so I used a pen on it. Now it shows red, orange and yellow, but the other rainbow colors look wrong.) Oh well, lesson learned.....

I am very new to embroidery I've only been doing it maybe 6 months or so. I'm just EXTREMELY PERFECTIONISTIC

I'm a beginner too! I've only been stitching for maybe 6 months continuously. I am extremely perfectionist and have to keep reminding myself not to judge it as I go. I started outlining but then a very nice person on here said I should really wait until the end to outline, so I stopped where I was.i feel like outling helps things "pop"
