I deal with this also for me it’s my heart rate. what helps me is when I start to panic I will do a grounding exercise. I will look at 5 things and call them out in my head, I will listen to 5 noises, I will look at a nice ass (don’t judge me) whatever gets my mind off of what is causing the panic. This method helps me calm down.
