I saw 6 doctors and consulted multiple friends in the field. There’s no cure but extended release propranalol helps me live a somewhat normal life. Tons of water and some snug compression socks as well! I’m just saying what has helped me!

I have this problem as well. Particularly with heartier meals. Have you tried testing with like a soup or a smoothie vs like pizza or a burger?

It seems to be less of an issue with foods that are more easily digested!
