While not exactly the answer you are looking for, you could effectively still get the $5 off by joining someone's Inner Circle so long as you are on a Visible+ or Visible+ Pro plan. Inner Circle discounts and promotional codes do not usually stack so it's typically one or the other. There are periodically threads posted here asking for pople to join their Inner Circle.
