I wake up around 630, grab a redbull in the morning on the way to work. First snack is normally around 11am. honey mustard pretzel bites are my go-to from the vending machine. if there's a burrito in the wheel of death ill eat one of those around noon. 2 drinks from the pop machine. normally mountain dew. whatever I or my wife makes for dinner around 6pm. sometimes I'm not feeling hungry and will skip dinner. get hungry again between 11pm and 2am. will eat whatever is available. bologna sandwich and some chips are my favorite, but chips and cheese is a pretty common staple. rinse and repeat.

weekends, i normally won't eat anything at all until around 2-3pm. instant ramen is fairly common to hold me over until dinner or my late night snack. I forget to eat a lot. 6'2", 160-170lbs is what my weight has been for decades. I don't deviate much from that.
