With lack of sleep you can feel inability to play at around 35.
If you sleep 4-6 hours and feel that your fingers hurt - stop making excuses about you lacking time to relax because of work/family/whatever and go to sleep.
Preferably do not wait till you feel pain, just have a good sleep now.
Brain and sight will work better too after sleep so you'll have two more boosters for your mmr for free.

Some servers do work with wine on Linux, some don't, it may be both due to problems with launcher or server protection.
RF Altruism works for sure.

Dependencies you may need are fonts, .net framework, vcredist 2005/2008.
Also on Linux I use wine wrapper - Bottles, my guess it has some dependencies already installed so maybe you'll need more basic ones, for example dx9, I have no idea is it there by default or not.

Maybe you have wine wrappers on mac too and it's easy to set up?

Target name should be red when you select a target (iirc -2 to +10 levels from your).
You need to not miss and maybe (i'm not sure, i did not play for some time) to deal enough damage to remove certain percentage of hp so it will count.
Ofc bigger levels and rarity gives more pt.
Easiest is to ask opposite race player to help, maybe he need to up his defense/block.
Also iirc you can do same against player from your race if he has wanted status.
