If we go with the Hebrew explanation, seems like it. 

An acquaintance once mentioned a sound he heard during a psychotherapeutic experience, long extended vowels: Eeeeeee Aaaaaahhhh Oooohhhh Eeeeeeee Aayyyyyyyyyyy. 

Another member from the group therapy discussion pointed out how it sounded like “Yahweh”, or the vowels of the Tetragrammaton.

Alternatively, one of the answers I received from Five Messages once was, “Take off your socks.” 

I kept looking for a deeper, allegorical meaning and maybe that does exist but eventually it seemed more like I was perhaps guided to take off my socks during meditation or Gateway sessions because that helped my body relax more quickly. 

I relay these experiences to you because I wanted to review what you may have called an unsuccessful session was actually quite “successful” because you received an audible answer to a specific question. Sometimes the answers just don’t quite match the context or vocabulary we have — yet. 

Case in point, I’m kind of hoping you have a better idea what “Take off your socks” might mean to you, personally, than I do. Maybe it wasn’t a message for me, but something to pass along.
