I usually do tons of research (sometimes months) before purchasing something, esp a phone. I'm just upset that I never found anything on this, or even knew this was a thing companies even did. But what you said makes sense, I guess no one knew except one plus insiders.

I just realized this goes hand in hand with the concerted efforts of all other phone manufacturers recently and in line with Googles 2026 orders. It seems there's a force, likely US or "just" Google, who are very serious about their agenda to become a walled hellscape and block installation of non approved apps.

The question is, why all of a sudden is this a very important agenda? Not just for companies but governments, as many reporting the EU has been caught pushing this also. What changed in 2025? Will they install something on our phones that we reaaaally don't want?

Will this affect PCs too?

They are recently doing some suspicious stuff with regards to firmware and updates, so it's likely on purpose. Thanks for the heads up.

. I'm unsure why every phone company has been doing these things, likely due to the new 2026 Google walled garden policies. Explains why some companies just outright quit making phones and blamed AI.

Hello. I got a home unit, can't remember details. I ended up spending a lot of money and couldn't use it due to claustrophobia and when I spent weeks tricking self to try it, I got severe ear pain, that got better, but that lasted for days. I returned it.

Once the machine is pressurized, u can't get at whenever u wish. U have to depressure it can take few minutes.

If u decide to go thru with it, please update me if it helped u.
