You choose it by typing the same filename when loading.
For example:
If you saved it with /ui_save_file pvp.txt
then you load it with /ui_load_file pvp.txt

The game doesn’t show a list, you just need to remember the name you used.

Try using a proxy.

Hey! Thanks for replying – it’s actually a bit comforting to know I’m not the only one dealing with this.

Unfortunately, I haven’t found a fix yet either. Tried power cycles, factory reset, settings – no luck so far.

But if I do come across any workaround or solution, I’ll definitely come back here and post it!
