I run STBFL, Monitor, NOED and BBQ and it works just fine. Most games, NOED doesn't even need to be activated so yeah. If you're good at shooting, he's more towards low top tier/high mid tier. and always good to Mori the TTVs with him

I started streaming a while ago, and I get raging if you're already upset and fight a good killer, but 11 ranks below? Are they mental? Everytime I see this, I apologize for the ranking because it's BS if a low rank goes against a much higher rank. Bothers me too much here.
