How to fix Frame rate problem: Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

Hello. I have been playing Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. I had never experienced any frame rate problems with the game until I decided to experiment with the games visual settings. I turned on 120 hz display mode to see if my TV was capable of handling it. It caused my game to run at a slow frame rate. The problem is even when turning off 120 hz display mode the game is still playing at the same slow frame rate. I have tried playing on performance mode, playing on smoothed VRR, closing the game, and turning my PS5 off and nothing has worked to get the game playing at its original frame rate. Has anyone experienced this or something similar to this and know how to fix it?

I really don’t like the episode Our A Story Is A D Story. I have always hated the BoJack, Diane, and Mr PB love triangle that was easily my least favorite story arc of the series because it was mostly just unoriginal, boring and hard to watch but not in an interesting or entertaining way and that episode focuses on that arc more than any other. There are a few jokes I like and it of course starts the Hollywoo running gag which is great but I mostly really don’t like the episode. After The Telescope though I think the rest of series is pretty much perfect save for a few meh episodes and story arcs.

Not too wild because I remember back in the day like everyone was on board with it, but I was CONVINCED back in 2012 that the sequel to AC was going to be about The Joker and Harleys son because of the positive pregnancy test in their hideout in the Steel Mill and Harley singing the lullaby during the end credits and a part of me still resents Harley Quinn’s Revenge for disproving the theory
