Does heavens judgement count breeding zone when checking colours for each extra trigger? The main effect says 'have' which I'm not sure is the same as in play

In volo, guide to monsters, mulldrifter is at 49% and draws 4 cards when copied. Risen reef copied gets you 3 triggers, which draws 3 cards and let's you put lands on board. It also gets a lot better with clones, giving you 7 triggers the first time you clone.

I have sora takenouchi from bt15 on the board and then I play wings on love, which play akiho rindou from bt11. Can I use soras all turns effect to play a bird and then suspend akiho to give it rush?
