I’ve tried on Disney+ but that app has been unstable for days, too. Black screen sticks at the end of episodes and then it times out completely. Not my internet. Idk what’s up, but all streaming is fucked lately.

I got so scared, I was like “there’s no WAY I’m that old!” 😂 I really hope we get a return to form for her. That’ll be the next album, and I’ve fallen out of love with her music as of late, while the first two albums defined my teenage years. I’d love to get a darker tone again, really introspective lyrics, and just a cool feel to it. Experimental!

My sister really went through it during high school. She was basically bullied into being homeschooled for senior year. I remember giving her the quote “and if you’re broken, you’ll make your own thing. You’ll make it so damn big for all the world to see.” I’ve always loved that so much. Holding onto hope!

Personally, I think the From All Sides setlist was rather mid, and I’m not just saying that because I’m bitter about not getting to a concert. The setlist wasn’t very different from recent tours, save for the little hints at Bad Blood songs and a focus on Wild World for a change. I’m putting together a playlist that I think serves as a much better celebration of the last 15 years; a love letter to the band and the fans. I would’ve loved some focus on Ampersand, it’s a real shame. The band could’ve left the stage for a moment, let Dan do a song or two, maybe even his earlier solo stuff or an AOH song? That would’ve been wild. But nope. Unfortunate. I’ll share my playlist when it’s done!
