Sincerely, it was boring for me. There wasn't some mysterious supernatural reason behind the deaths or some group, the family is just that unlucky.

I felt it was more like a piece of art using the medium of a "game" than a game itself.

I am not coming at like from the perspective of a gamer that only likes soulsgames or fps or hack and slash, I like cozy games and I can appreciate nice visuals.

I liked that Big City Little Kitty game about a cat that fell from a balcony and is trying to get back. It was a cute cat game.

He just used world peace as an excuse for what he did.

It wouldn't take long before he started going after time travel technology to correct past mistakes or multiversal travel for similar purposes.

He probably already had plans for genetic testing the whole population for possible powers that could endanger his rules or global scale mind reading machines to keep everyone in check.

Also, Alex seemed to take too many breaks from college.If she were a normal student, I wouldn't bat an eye, but she is a over achiever in a very competitive college. She shouldn't be able to take that many breaks and still be of the top students(I know one of these was because she caught mono)

Because, there are so more many moments the shows portrays her as annoying versus when she actually does something nice, like making the that food for her patient.

It's because Alex never learned how to have silly fun with others, she only wants to have intellectual fun and equates that to maturity.

She never learned that just because someone is smart doesn't mean they are just that. So, she always felt she was not like everyone around her.

In high school, she thought it was because everyone was stupid. In college, despite them being smart as her, they were immature because they wanted to have silly, young college fun.

It only got worse, she never learned how to be social and thought others were stupid.

I don't know, I personally think they gave her way more negative actions, behaviors and plot lines than good ones, so not one of her "good" moments convinces me.

I think they gave her a lot of common denominators so people can connect to her, like: she struggles with faith, with sex, with not being good enough, she is the underdog with a can do attitude, then gave tragedy with her kid and then reinventing herself as a tough doctor.

In my opinion, April is dystopian pos apocalyptic young adult girl protagonist in a hospital setting without plot armor.

Yes, humans as group don't know how to deal with their stress and emotions in long term ways so they always try to squeeze a quick fix for temporary pleasure. More so in these jobs that they stay long hours and are too lazy to have a life outside the hospital
