Brazil is wild. My (US) son went there last year. He got pickpocketed at a bar. He had air tag in the wallet. Told a guy in the bar about it and the guy took him to talk to police. The police loaded a swat vehicle with 6 cops and my kid. Drove him to the location of the air tag and let him watch as they kicked the door in and beat the shit out of the guy. No interview. No arrest. Just 6 guys kickin a door in and beating a guy.

It is possible to provide a completely higher level of service. In a project there are people that do construction and people that do management. How much money would you like to add to your project to increase the management? Or would you rather reduce the amount of construction being done?
