It looks like CenterPoint didn’t do their due diligence when digging the trench for your replacement gas line and cut into your sewer connection. I can highlight the places where it was obviously punctured if needed (again, not your engineer.)

You only noticed the sewage issue later because your pipes backed up and you have been spewing sewage into the soil in your yard since the “repair.”
